IT Mobility Specialist

Onsite IT Mobility Specialist - Rocky Hill, CT

• Start ASAP - long term assignment - 6 months with expected extension
• 5 days per week - 40 hours

Seeking an experienced Mobility Specialist to support enterprise mobile and endpoint devices in a Microsoft Intune environment. This role is responsible for device deployment, configuration, security, lifecycle management, and end-user support.

• Support Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS devices via Microsoft Intune
• Provision, enroll, configure, and decommission devices (Intune, Autopilot, Apple/Android enrollment)
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, compliance, and connectivity issues
• Manage Intune policies, compliance profiles, and app deployments
• Maintain device inventory and prepare devices for reuse or disposal
• Support conditional access and security standards
• Manage mobility tickets, mailbox, and carrier coordination
• Document processes and collaborate with security and infrastructure teams

• 4-5 years IT support experience with mobility/endpoint focus
• Strong Microsoft Intune experience
• Experience with MDM concepts and device enrollment workflows
• Experience supporting iOS and Android in enterprise environments
• Service Now experience preferred
• Familiarity with Okta a plus

• Strong troubleshooting ability
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
