Onsite IT Mobility Specialist - Rocky Hill, CT
- Start ASAP - long term assignment - potential contract to hire
- 5 days per week - 40 hours
Seeking an experienced Mobility Specialist to support enterprise mobile and endpoint devices in a Microsoft Intune environment. This role is responsible for device deployment, configuration, security, lifecycle management, and end-user support.
Key Responsibilities- Support Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS devices via Microsoft Intune
- Provision, enroll, configure, and decommission devices (Intune, Autopilot, Apple/Android enrollment)
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, compliance, and connectivity issues
- Manage Intune policies, compliance profiles, and app deployments
- Maintain device inventory and prepare devices for reuse or disposal
- Support conditional access and security standards
- Manage mobility tickets, mailbox, and carrier coordination
- Document processes and collaborate with security and infrastructure teams
- 4–5 years IT support experience with mobility/endpoint focus
- Strong Microsoft Intune experience
- Experience with MDM concepts and device enrollment workflows
- Experience supporting iOS and Android in enterprise environments
- Service Now experience preferred
- Familiarity with Okta a plus
- Strong troubleshooting ability
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
