Keystone Human Services is seeking a Technical Field Support Analyst to provide hands‑on IT support across multiple locations.
In this role, you will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, install and maintain computer systems and network components, document work through a ticketing system, and support employees during on‑site visits and dispatches.

- High school diploma or equivalent and three years of experience in a help desk environment.
- Or, Bachelor’s degree in a related field and one year of experience in a help desk environment.
- Thorough knowledge of computer systems and IT components.
- Functional knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles.
- Experience with Local Area Networks (LAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN).
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply written information.
- Capacity to prioritize, manage, and troubleshoot multiple projects using effective time‑management and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn and apply advanced computer skills, including the use of computer software and other web‑based systems.
- Valid driver’s license with daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle.
- Successful completion of the pre‑employment process, including clearances and verifications.
Full time, Nonexempt position. Hybrid: 2 days in the Rocky Hill office, 3 days remote. Salary: $23.00 per hour, may increase based on experience.
