cTrace Solutions is seeking a LPN in Rocky Hill, CT. This role offers competitive pay, weekly compensation, and sign-on bonus.

Compensation: $45 per hour (DOE) plus $200 Sign-On Bonus.

Schedule:

Every Other Friday, Saturday, Sunday from 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM.

- 25 hours Every Other week.

Contract length: 3 months (High likelihood of extension).

• Administered medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitored resident conditions, vital signs, and reported changes to the healthcare team.
• Provided direct patient care, including wound care, catheter care, and assistance with daily living activities.
• Maintained accurate documentation and collaborated with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality resident care.
• The LPN would report directly to the Charge RN, and would be responsible for reporting any change in condition to the RN for follow up.

• Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing.
• CT LPN License.
• CPR/BLS.
• $45 per hour, based on experience.
• $200 sign-on bonus and referral bonuses available.
