Masters in Home Care is hiring dedicated Full Time Admission Nurses (RN) to join our award-winning Rocky Hill team.
This opportunity allows you to serve patients in the greater Rocky Hill area.
How you'll make an impact:- Providing outstanding nursing services to patients in accordance with a specific written plan of care established in coordination with a physician.
- Working on a clinical point of care system which provides real time access to patient data remotely.
- Enjoying an independent and flexible environment and having a significant impact on your patient’s lives.
- Current and active CT Registered Nurse License in good standing.
- Graduate of an accredited college or university.
- Valid driver’s license in good standing.
- 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
- 3 years of home health care nursing experience preferred.
- Strong med surg, acute experience.
- Working psych knowledge and/or experience
- Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures.
- Your own reliable transportation.
