RN Registered Nurse Supervisor

Pay Rate: up to $53/hour

• Per Diem

• Plan, oversee, and execute nursing services for residents while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Supervise day‑to‑day nursing activities to guarantee residents receive top‑quality care consistently.
• Collaborate with the Nursing Director to strategize nursing service operations and emergency support provisions for shifts.
• Coordinate nursing activities in alignment with medical requirements, physician directives, and general care plans.
• Manage and direct charge nurses to ensure proper care for residents.
• Adjust care plans in collaboration with medical staff to address emergency medical needs.
• Assume total responsibility for operating decisions in the absence of superiors.
• Ensure adequate relief staff availability before leaving the facility and notify residents' personal physicians of significant changes in their condition or immediate medical care needs.

• Hold a current state RN license and be a Registered Nurse in good standing.
• Have previous supervisory experience.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail, good follow‑through skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Show cooperation in assisting others and the ability to work as a team.
• Possess long‑term care experience (preferred).
• Be knowledgeable of general rehabilitative and restorative nursing and medical practices, procedures, laws, regulations, and guidelines governing long‑term care.

Additional Expectations:
All RN Supervisor positions require weekend on‑call availability to support both staff and residents. Compensation details are available upon inquiry. Per diem staff are expected to fulfill (2) weekend shifts monthly to meet requirements.
