The State of Connecticut, Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) is currently seeking a qualified and experienced individual for the position of Lead Custodian to join our team within the Building Services Department.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Leads and coordinates daily crew workflow, setting priorities and overseeing task completion.
• Supervises staff by scheduling, assigning, reviewing work, and providing training and guidance.
• Establishes and maintains crew procedures to ensure consistent operations.
• Performs and supports full custodial duties while ensuring adequate supplies and equipment.
