Role Overview
Join a new PACU team in a state-of-the-art healthcare facility, providing 24/7 post-operative care for diverse surgical and interventional patients.
Key Responsibilities- Recover patients from anesthesia, including general, regional, and conscious sedation, requiring acute and ICU-level care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to establish and facilitate efficient interdepartmental workflows.
- Utilize teamwork, critical thinking, communication, and autonomy to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Current Connecticut RN license.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred), with graduation from an accredited program.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Experience in PACU and/or ICU settings is preferred.
- Training available for step-down and Emergency Department RNs.
