Part-Time Budtender

About the Role

We're opening a brand-new dispensary in Connecticut and are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Part-Time Bud tenders to join our founding team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a first-time store opening, learn the industry from the ground up, and help create an exceptional customer experience.

Bud tenders are the face of the dispensary-educating customers, ensuring compliance, and delivering friendly, knowledgeable service in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and welcoming manner

• Educate customers on our products, effects, and safe use (within state guidelines)

• Accurately process sales through the POS system

• Verify customer identification and maintain compliance with CT regulations

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales floor and displays

• Follow all company SOPs, security procedures, and state requirements

• Support inventory restocking and product organization

• Communicate customer feedback or issues to supervisors

• Customer service and retail experience preferred

• Industry experience required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to learn product knowledge quickly

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Must be 18+ and able to meet all CT cannabis employment requirements
