  • Senior Lead Qualification Specialist

    Position Overview:

    The Senior Lead Qualification Specialist is responsible for assessing and qualifying inbound and outbound leads to ensure they meet specific criteria before being passed to the sales team.
  • This role involves engaging with prospects via multiple channels, building relationships, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead qualification processes, messaging, and outreach strategies. Additionally, the specialist tracks and analyzes lead activity using CRM tools, implements A/B testing to refine tactics, and integrates AI and automation technologies to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Assess and qualify inbound and outbound leads to meet specific criteria before passing them to sales.
    • Engage with potential leads via email, phone, or social media to gather information and qualify interest.
    • Build relationships with prospects by understanding their challenges and offering relevant solutions.
    • Collaborate with sales teams to target accounts and use personalized outreach tactics.
    • Align with marketing to refine lead qualification, messaging, and the lead handoff process to sales.
    • Use CRM and pre-sales tools to track, score, and analyze lead activity, providing insights to sales and marketing teams.
    • Integrate AI and automation technologies into the pre-qualification workflow to optimize processes.
    • Support Level 1 Inquiry Mgt and Level 2 Technical Information Services teams with case management when needed
What makes you a good fit
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration.
    4 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven expertise with telemarketing, pre-sales, inside sales, remote technical services.
  • Strong track record for collaboration within cross-functional teams and especially between marketing, service and sales organizations.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a customer first mindset.

The salary rangefor this role is $80,000.00 and $. This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at thetime of  addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills,experience, education, training, and work location.
