We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team of professionals in our branch location for a Monday - Friday, day shift role, selling and supporting our customers with a large variety of cabinet-making and storage solution products. We invite you to visit us at  to learn more.

As a critical and meaningful role within the Richelieu organization, the Inside Sales Representative is primarily responsible for inside sales development for a portion of our local sales region. This person will represent Richelieu products, primarily serving the cabinet-making industry.

• Assist Richelieu customers by phone, email, and in person at our local branch showroom; research and place orders for our building materials products
• Learn and stay abreast of products, changes, and trends within woodworking, kitchen & bath design, and cabinet making
• Seek out new business opportunities with customers via phone, placing orders as well as providing sales quotes
• Work closely with outside sales representatives with customer orders and quotes; research pricing and availability for various items in multiple product categories
• Research product solutions for customers to solve field-project issues
• Maintain and uphold Richelieu's Five Core Values while striving to achieve and surpass our company's sales objectives
• Hours of operation are Monday to Friday, day shift only
• Position may require lifting/pushing/carrying items up to 50 pounds
