United Way of Connecticut, Inc. seeks a 2-1-1 Crisis Contact Center Specialist for the Third Shift in Rocky Hill, CT. You will handle calls, texts, and chats from individuals in crisis, de-escalate situations, and connect them to local resources.
This is a full-time role with a structured training period and a hybrid schedule after training. Expect competitive hourly pay of $24.00–$26.60 plus a $4 shift differential for qualified hours. After training, enjoy 4 remote days and 1 in-office day.
