Order Selection Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for an Order Selection Salaried Supervisor to join our team and oversee inventory, shipping, and receiving operations in our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience in warehouse supervision with a focus on order selection. Order selection experience is a must.

• Competitive $70,000/ann + Potential 10% bonus

• Full-time 1st shift opening

• Minimum of 1 year experience in warehouse supervision
• Experience in 3PL environments
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, focusing on order selection and logistics
• Develop and implement warehouse policies to optimize efficiency
• Monitor key performance indicators to improve warehouse performance
• Lead and mentor warehouse personnel to ensure a productive team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Identify operational improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs
