• Multiple entity accounting
• Company seeks to move to XERO platform from existing Quick Books
• Maintenance of accounts receivable invoicing
• ACH drafts and payments
• Wire transfer outgoing and incoming
• Double entry accounting comfort level is a MUST
• Interaction with internal CFO and outsource CFO and external auditors
• Daily maintenance of multiple DDA balances and activity
• Posting of credit card payments to proper General Ledger accounts
• Automatic loads of bank information, custody account information and multiple card accounts
