City of Rocky Mount is seeking a Revenue Accountant to perform professional accounting work focusing on revenue, receivables, property tax accounting, and miscellaneous billings. Under the Revenue III-Revenue, Receivables & Debt Supervisor, you will maintain revenue-related general ledger accounts, prepare journal entries, and reconcile transactions in accordance with GAAP and GASB guidelines.
Responsibilities include month-end close, audit work papers, and supporting documentation.
