Customer Service Rep (05533) – 1272 Independence Dr.
Full‑time position in the Store Customer Service department.
Responsibilities- Uphold Domino's standards of grooming, uniform, and appearance.
- Promote pizza products, specials, and promotions.
- Receive cross‑training for preparing products and ingredients, closing and opening procedures, operating the pizza oven, and properly boxing products for delivery or carry‑out.
- Exhibit a sense of urgency when answering store phone lines or helping carry‑out customers.
- Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers both over the phone and in person.
- Use a computer‑based order entry system; speak and write clearly.
- Contribute to and promote an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun.
- Maintain reliable transportation to and from work to be on time for scheduled shifts.
- Full‑time employment.
- Organizational:
