Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8a-5p
CoverageCoverage Dates: ASAP – Ongoing (3-6 month initial contract options)
Responsibilities- Standard outpatient - Family Medicine/Primary Care
- Sick & wellness visits, physicals, chronic care, medication management, etc.
- Patient Volume: 1-20 patients per day, all ages
