Amivie - - Responsibilities:
Provide Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) as assigned in the care plan;
Report deviations in an individual's functional or medical condition to RN Field Supervisor or appropriate agency personnel;
Follow the assigned schedule and ensure services are provided as outlined in the care plan;
Demonstrate competence with tasks such as bathing, dressing, mouth care, mobility, transfers, toileting, feeding, and IADLs;
Assist with monitoring and collecting vital signs and other specified tasks as needed in the care plan
