Part-Time Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians provide one-on-one ABA services to children in their homes. Under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you’ll support skill development in communication, social, and daily living areas while reducing challenging behaviors.

• Implement individualized treatment and behavior plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect session data and complete documentation accurately and on time
• Manage challenging behaviors using approved intervention strategies
• Communicate session progress with BCBAs and families
• Participate in team meetings and professional development
• Travel to client homes as assigned

Location: Rocky Mount, NC

Schedule: Part-time afternoon/evenings, Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM-6:30 PM.

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification (paid by Compleat KiDZ)
• High school diploma or GED required
• Desire to work with young children with behavioral challenges
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance
