Travel Nurse RN - Endoscopy

Med Pro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Endoscopy for assignment in Rocky Mount, North Carolina.

• Perform assessment/data collection in an ongoing systematic manner, focusing on physiologic, psycho biologic and cognitive needs of the patient/family.
• Provide technical assistance during diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures, ensuring safe working practice.
• Maintain personal contact with patients and relatives, ensuring a friendly environment and privacy.
• Store, check and administer medication in accordance with standards.
• Maintain timely and accurate nursing records, respecting confidentiality.
• Work with minimal supervision during endoscopic procedures, admissions and recovery.

• Active RN License.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• At least eighteen months recent experience in an acute‑care endoscopy setting.
