** What You'll Be Doing
*** Conduct routine laboratory testing on aggregate materials to ensure quality and compliance standards are met.
* Maintain accurate records of test results and communicate findings with production and quality teams.
* Assist with sampling, inspection, and verification of materials from various production stages.
* Calibrate, clean, and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure consistent testing accuracy.
* Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying quality trends and contributing to corrective actions.## ##
** What We Are Looking For
*** Ability to perform laboratory testing with accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.
* Strong problem‑solving skills and comfort working with data, measurements, and technical processes.
* Clear communication skills to share findings across teams.
* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
* Commitment to safety, quality, and collaboration in a production‑focused setting.## ##
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.## ##
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.## ##
** What We Offer*** $25.00 to $29.32 per hour
