• Perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs on plant equipment to support reliable operations.
• Assist with troubleshooting mechanical issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Inspect equipment and document findings to help identify potential maintenance needs.
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment to complete assigned tasks.
• Work collaboratively with maintenance and operations teams to maintain a safe and efficient plant.

• Capability to perform mechanical maintenance tasks using proper tools and safe practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn equipment systems and procedures.
• Ability to follow instructions, prioritize tasks, and complete work accurately.
• Effective communication skills for working with team members and reporting maintenance needs.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

• $22.99 to $30.28 per hour
