Key Responsibilities
* Lead and oversee advanced manufacturing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity
* Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement advanced manufacturing technologies
* Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
* Provide technical expertise and guidance to manufacturing teams
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
* Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets### ResponsibilitiesYOU MUST HAVE
* Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
* Entry-level experience or internships in manufacturing engineering or related fields
* Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations
* Familiarity with manufacturing technologies such as automation and robotics, and knowledge of data analysis and process improvement tools
* Proficiency with manufacturing software and tools relevant to process monitoring and improvementWE VALUE
* Advanced degrees in Engineering disciplines such as Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
* Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
* Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities
* Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging manufacturing technologies
* Hands on experience in mechanical troubleshooting
