Assembly & Test Tech - Level 3 - 3rd shift M-F 10pm - 6am (Finance)
As an Assembly & Test Tech Level 3 here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in assembling and testing complex electronic and mechanical components to ensure product quality and reliability. You will apply your technical expertise to troubleshoot issues, perform detailed inspections, and support continuous improvement initiatives in our manufacturing processes.
You will report directly to our Production Supervisor and you'll work out of our Rocky Mount, NC location on an On‑site work schedule. 3rd shift M-F 10pm - 6am
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and quality of our production lines, contributing directly to the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer expectations and industry standards.
Responsibilities- Perform assembly and testing of electronic and mechanical components according to established procedures and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered during assembly and testing processes to minimize downtime and defects.
- Conduct detailed inspections and document test results to ensure compliance with product specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to support continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.

Qualifications- Minimum of 3 years of experience in assembly and testing of electronic or mechanical products.
- Strong knowledge of assembly techniques, test equipment, and quality control procedures.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
- Experience using diagnostic and test tools to identify and resolve product issues efficiently.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Associate degree or technical certification in electronics, manufacturing, or related field.
- Experience working in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities.
