• Produce products that are safe, legal, and with excellent quality
• Successfully print pallet labels/box labels from computer system
• Correctly label and package finished goods
• Successfully read and understand production orders
• Understand quality of products to meet criteria of customers and company
• Perform basic quality checks for proper measurements, absorption and seal strengths
• Safely assist Operator with material breakouts and machine cleaning
• Successfully load new material onto machine and unload finished goods
• Maintain a clean work area

• Regular, reliable, predictable attendance
• Must be able to work effectively in a team environment
• Able to work at a fast pace
• Able to stand on feet for 12-hour days
• Able to routinely lift 15-40 pounds
• Able to operate a scale, read weights and understand weight variations
• Able to record weights to supporting paperwork
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be flexible to work extended hours to support the requirements of the business.
• High school diploma or equivalent

Offer will be contingent upon successful completion of drug screen and background check.

Pay is based on experience and skill level.

**$1.50 per hour Shift Differential is offered for night shift
