Prysmian Draka EHC, a brand of Prysmian, is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Rocky Mount, NC. The role leads production on assigned shift, coaches teams, and ensures safety, quality and efficiency while leveraging Lean techniques.
Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you ll use SAP or ERP systems, oversee 20-30 hourly staff, participate in hiring, and coordinate with Engineering to implement new processes.
