Assembly & Test Tech - Level 2 (Finance)
In this role, you will impact the overall quality and reliability of aerospace products by performing precise assembly and testing tasks, identifying and resolving issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the production process.
Responsibilities- Perform assembly of aerospace components and systems according to detailed work instructions and specifications.
- Conduct testing procedures to verify product functionality and quality standards are met.
- Identify and troubleshoot assembly or test issues, collaborating with engineering and quality teams to implement corrective actions.
- Experience in assembly and testing of aerospace or high-precision mechanical/electrical components.
- Strong knowledge of assembly techniques, test equipment, and quality control processes relevant to aerospace manufacturing.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions to ensure accurate assembly and testing.
- Familiarity with electronic test instruments and data recording tools to validate product performance.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in electronics or mechanical assembly are a plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing or related industries.
- Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements in aerospace production.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement methodologies is desirable.
