We are looking for a skilled Machine Operator to set up, maintain and operate machinery. You will ensure that your machine is running constantly and efficiently.

A great machine operator is reliable and able to work with attention to detail and safety standards. Have a willingness to learn, improve and be receptive to feedback. Being a team player is essential since all tasks will require close collaboration with co-workers.

The goal will be to ensure that production procedures will be carried on smoothly to achieve the company’s ideals and goals.

• Capable of leading a small team of individuals to achieve production goals and produce products of the highest quality standards
• Operate, load, setup and maintain all manufacturing equipment efficiently
• Successfully read and understand production orders, quality checks and down time logs. Be capable of logging and reporting production issues.
• Expedite repairs to the production line, work on the machine in the event of mechanical failure and maintain a great working relationship with the maintenance department.

• Must be able to work effectively in a team environment
• Able to work at a fast pace
• Able to stand on feet for 12-hours
• Able to routinely lift 70 pounds, assisted
• Able to band and move boxes
• Able to operate a scale, read weights and understand weight variations
• Able to record weights to supporting paperwork
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be flexible to work extended hours to support the requirements of the business.
• High school diploma or equivalent

Offer will be contingent upon successful completion of drug screen and background check.

Pay is based on experience and skill level.

Schedule:

12 Hour Shift
Work 7 out of 14 days every two weeks. Every other weekend is a 3-day weekend off!
