Lead plant operations to achieve safety, production, quality, and financial performance goals.

Drive operational excellence by optimizing processes, equipment utilization, and resource planning.

Develop, coach, and support teams to foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure customer needs, operational priorities, and business objectives are met.

Monitor plant performance metrics and implement initiatives that enhance productivity, efficiency, and compliance.

Demonstrated ability to lead plant operations and achieve business performance objectives.

Strong leadership, communication, and team development capabilities.

Knowledge of operational planning, budgeting, production management, and continuous improvement practices.

Ability to analyze performance data, solve complex problems, and make sound business decisions.

Commitment to safety, environmental stewardship, and operational excellence.

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

Competitive pay, $97,710 to $130,277, plus eligibility in our annual incentive plan 401(k) retirement savings plan with an automatic company contribution as well as matching contributions.
