- Press on the 1st shift to manage daily activities for the press group, assign work, monitor progress, and enforce PPE and safety standards. The role will also back up the supervisor and support the process technician as needed.
The position requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to train new associates while ensuring production is completed on schedule and paperwork is accurate.
