Walk-In Clinic / Urgent Care | Outpatient Setting

Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and treat acute illnesses and minor injuries
Perform physical exams, assessments, and basic procedures
Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic tests
Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
Educate patients on follow-up care and prevention
Accurately document visits in the EMR
Collaborate with clinical support staff to ensure efficient patient flow
Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) in good standing
Prior urgent care or walk-in clinic experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently in a high-volume setting
Outpatient walk-in clinic
No hospital rounding
