UNC Health -  - Responsibilities:
Assist physicians and other health care providers with routine examinations and procedures;
Critically review patient care documentation making note of any significant changes in the patient's condition and report to a nurse or physician;
Provide clerical tasks including organizing workload, greeting visitors, researching information for nurses and physicians, reviewing and revising orders, answering calls, transcribing orders, and maintaining medical records;
Provide administrative and clerical support including PI audits and data entry;
Provide direct personal care to patients including bathing, dressing, feeding, ambulation, and measuring vital signs
