Permanent Opportunity | Outpatient Primary Care
Compensation:
Up to $112,000 annually, depending on experience

Our agency is partnering with a well-established outpatient primary care practice seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their Internal Medicine / Family Medicine team. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who values long-term patient relationships and comprehensive, high-quality primary care in a supportive clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide preventive care, annual physicals, and wellness visits

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions

• Develop and manage medication therapies and individualized care plans

• Order and interpret laboratory tests and diagnostic studies

• Educate patients on disease management and preventive health strategies

• Coordinate referrals and specialty care services as needed

• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care team members

Qualifications:

• Active NP or PA license in good standing

• Primary care experience preferred

• Strong clinical communication and patient relationship-building skills

• Commitment to delivering patient-centered, high-quality care

Schedule:

• Outpatient only

• Monday–Friday schedule

• No nights, weekends, or inpatient responsibilities
