Phaxis is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a permanent, full-time walk-in clinic in Rocky Mount, NC. The role is outpatient only with no hospital rounding, seeing approximately 20-30 patients per day and supported by MA/LPN staff.
Compensation offers up to $112,893 annually plus a biannual RVU bonus; benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with 5% employer match, profit sharing, PTO and paid holidays.
