American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Telemetry/Stepdown Unit position requiring cardiac drip experience and annual NIHSS certification.
Details- Work in a Stepdown/Telemetry Unit within a hospital setting
- AM shift, 12-hour shifts
- 20-week assignment length
- Floating to COVID unit as needed
- No on-call responsibilities
- Active RN license (NC or Compact) currently in hand
- Current certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS) and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS), renewed annually with 85% passing score - Basic Arrhythmia exam required
- Cardiac drip experience required
- Telemetry nursing experience required
- Epic EMR experience preferred
- Provide nursing care to general unit population including cardiac and telemetry patients
- Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify for the travel pay rate
