Conducting simple tests and preparing technical reports provides valuable data for decision-making and continuous improvement.

Keep track of Material Non-Conformances (MNCs) and Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs), and issue reports to reduce PPM (Parts Per Million) defects.

** Failsafe Effectiveness Checks** :
Perform checks on assembly lines to ensure failsafe mechanisms are effective.

** Defect Containment** :
Contain defects on completed products both on-site and at customer locations.

** Education, Licenses,

Certifications:

* High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations. 

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Seeking a Quality Technician - Level II to support quality operations at the Rocky Mount, NC facility. This role focuses on inspecting and monitoring product quality, identifying defects, and ensuring compliance with specifications through testing and measurement processes. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate documentation, supporting containment and disposition activities, operating and calibrating measurement equipment (including CMM), and assisting with quality investigations. Ideal candidates bring strong attention to detail, knowledge of quality systems and metrology, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while supporting continuous improvement.
