Deliver world-class customer service and ensure a premium shopping experience for customers across multiple business lines (retail, rental, custom, and omni-channel).;
Greet customers, build relationships, and guide them from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.;
Demonstrate benchmark selling techniques for retail, custom clothing, and special-occasion rentals; contribute to team selling and store sales goals.;
Assist with visual merchandising, store setup, and merchandise stock counts; handle cash register duties at the point of sale.;
Partner with the store management team to lead store staff as manager on duty when temporarily assigned.
