Security Guard - Per Diem

We are now hiring Night Shift Security Guards for a large project in the Rocky Mount, NC area.

Pay rate is $22.00/hour plus

Per Diem: $100/day.

Full-time employees are eligible for per diem all 7 days of the week if they work their full weekly schedule.

Part-time employees are not eligible for per diem.

Full-Time:
Mon–Fri, 6 AM–6 PM (up to 60 hrs/week) $100 per diem all 7 days.

Part-Time:
Sat–Sun, 6AM-6PM and 6 PM–6 AM (24 hrs/week) no per diem locals only on the weekend shift.

This is an unarmed security position. Security Guards will patrol and monitor the site using a company-provided vehicle while helping maintain a safe and secure work environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring site access points and observing activity throughout the jobsite
• Reporting suspicious behavior, safety hazards, and security concerns to appropriate personnel
• Conducting routine patrols using a company-provided vehicle
• Documenting incidents, observations, and security-related activities
• Maintaining a professional presence on-site at all times
• Following all site-specific security procedures and safety protocols

• Previous security guard or security officer experience required
• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings
• Reliable and dependable with strong attention to detail
