We’re looking for a skilled, self-sufficient Mobile Maintenance Technician who can move fast, solve problems, and get things done.
This is not a sit-around role. You’ll travel between properties daily, knock out service requests, and keep operations running without needing constant supervision.

What You’ll Do- Travel between properties completing service requests
- Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
- Handle preventative maintenance without being micromanaged
- Turn units quickly and efficiently
- Communicate clearly and close out work orders daily
- Work with vendors when needed
- Strong hands-on maintenance experience (2+ years preferred)
- Confidence diagnosing issues on your own
- Ability to manage your time and workload
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Willingness to stay busy and productive
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
