Perform skilled painting to create smooth surfaces and finishes on interior and exterior hospital surfaces;
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on plumbing, electrical, boiler, fire detection, mechanical and HVAC systems;
Carry out basic carpentry and general maintenance tasks around building and equipment;
