Are you ready to launch your accounting career with a high-impact role on a collaborative finance team? We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Entry‑Level Accountant to support our Accounts Receivable and Collections operations as well as billing and other accounting support functions. In this role, you’ll help manage customer billing, support cash flow goals, and contribute to maintaining strong client relationships—all while growing your skills under an experienced finance leadership team.

• Assist with accounts receivable processing, including posting payments, reconciling accounts, and preparing aging reports
• Support collections efforts through customer outreach, follow‑up, and documentation
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely billing and payment resolution
• Provide additional accounting support as needed during month‑end close

• Recent graduate or one to three year relevant experience in Accounting
• Comfortable working with numbers and financial documents
• Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational abilities and time management
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus, we use Quick Books and
