The Woodhouse Day Spa in Rocky River is hiring Spa Concierges for full-time and part-time positions. At The Woodhouse, we value our team members and strive for excellence with every guest experience. • Provides personal attention from the time the guest walks through the door
• Educates the guest on the Woodhouse experience, including a warm welcome, introduction to the locker room and amenities, and helping them have a seamless experience
• Answers the phone with a smile each time
• Acts as brand ambassador, ensuring guests enter a clean, safe space with just the right lighting, music and scent to create a memorable experience
• Remembers small details that make The Woodhouse special—guests’ favorite drinks, warm neck wraps, and personal details such as birthdays and anniversaries
• Serves as backup for the leadership team to ensure operations run smoothly when they are busy with larger tasks
