Job Title: Catering Team Leader (Part-time Seasonal)

• Ensure all necessary items are ready on the day of the event, oversee the team, and address client needs.
• Coordinate delivery, set-up, service, and clean up.
• Maintain sanitation and safety practices.
• Engage with clients and guests as the point person representing Old Carolina BBQ brand.
• Maintain organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience not required; training provided.
