What You'll Do:

As an Implementation Analyst, you'll gain hands‑on experience in all facets of software implementation for our cutting‑edge logistics platform. You'll work closely with a Senior Implementation Lead, learning the ropes of project management, software configuration, and the fundamentals of the domestic over‑the‑road shipping industry.

Your day‑to‑day will involve:

• Learning our Software: Dive deep into Banyan Technology's comprehensive software features, becoming a true product expert.

  Hone your communication skills by listening to clients' business needs, explaining solution options, and explaining committed scopes of work.
• Project Support: Assist in managing multiple implementation projects in parallel, ensuring deliverables are met and projects stay on schedule and budget.
• Software Configuration: Learn to configure our software to meet unique client requirements, addressing client solution needs with the rich feature set available in our product.
• Problem‑Solving: Effectively leverage internal resources and teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.

What We're Looking For:

• Education: A Bachelor's degree is preferred in Management Information Systems (MIS), Logistics, or any analytical program.
• Analytical Mindset: You enjoy breaking down complex problems and finding effective solutions.
