Vitality Bowls specializes in making delicious acai bowls, which are a thick blend of the acai berry topped with organic granola and a selection of superfood ingredients. Additional antioxidant‑rich menu items include smoothies, fresh juices, soups, salads and panini. All items of the menu are made fresh and in non‑cross contamination kitchens to ensure that those with food allergies will feel safe eating at Vitality Bowls.

No ingredient fillers such as ice, frozen yogurt, added sugar or artificial preservatives are used, giving the purest taste possible to each item.

• In charge of shifts and delegating tasks

• Accept deliveries
• Communicate with managers/owners about the status of inventory
• Check daily petty cash
• Manage the break schedule
• Attend Management Meetings
• Assist with interviews, evaluations, and training
• Memorize the training material
• Keep the front lobby and outside area clean
• Have excellent customer service
• Assist and ring up guests, answer phone calls and take orders over the phone
• Prep food according to proper procedures
• Continuously and thoroughly clean the kitchen and lobby
• Communicate with other staff to ensure that all orders are made correctly and in a timely way
• Communicate with managers about the schedule
• Complete all opening and closing duties
• Perform additional tasks requested by your manager
• Handle special circumstances
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and managers

• Become food certified
• Must be able to handle a basic computer, POS system; handling cash and credit cards
• Follow health, sanitary, and safety requirements
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time, occasionally lift heavy boxes, move quickly and have a sense of urgency
• Maintain a clean and work appropriate personal appearance
• Come to work with a positive attitude, and are willing to work well with others
