Print Sales and Services:
Support efficient operation in Print Services area and drive store sales; operate and assist on Print Services equipment; coordinate service for customers.;
Operational Efficiency:
Process merchandise accurately, adhere to procedures and visuals; identify improvements; support loss prevention; perform other duties.;
Client Engagement:
Drive client satisfaction; coach/train associates; support community outreach; develop product knowledge.;
External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty:
Ensure safety and security; perform opening/closing; monitor KPIs and alarm system; assist cash/cash office audits; other duties as needed.
