Inside Sales

We are looking for a results driven Sales Support team member to manage current customer inquiries whilemaintainingconsistentandservicefocusedrelationships.

Thisrolewillberesponsibleforconsistent communication and order entry tasks, providing the best possible customer experience.

The Sales Support team member will work in conjunction with Earnest Sales & Marketing teams, Purchasing,and Distribution(&Production) departments.

The Sales Supportrolewillreportdirectlyto the Sales Operations Manager and will be eligible to participate in the Sales Incentive Plan annually.

General Dayto Day  Activities

• MaintainaccurateCRMitemrecordsforordersandquotesincludingupdates,modifications, and new entries
• Utilize Standard Operating Procedurestoensurecomplianceandconsistencyinallactivities .
• Maintaindeepunderstandingofthefull Earnestproductportfolioandeffectivelycommunicate value propositions to assigned customers
• Collaborateandhelpothersalessupportindividualsandaccountmanagers,asneeded,todrive collective revenue and margin Earnest goals
• Complete outbound calls per current customer connection and marketing activities

• Manageandserviceinboundcalls,emails,andcustomerinquiriesthatarereceivedtothe communal inquiry box
• Qualify inbound quotes to ensure timely responses, quote identification (standard, newly sourcedproducts,orblanketorder),andquotecompletionasreceivedtothecommunalinquiry box
• Completeinboundquotesandordersintocommunalinquiryinboxwithin
  24-hourperiod
• Conductquotefollowup,as appropriate,toassessinterestinquoteandnegotiation
• Escalate to Senior Sales Support or Account Manager to coordinate newly sourced product quotesandunderstand
  
  Earnestabilitytosource,timingofsource,anddeterminationonprice alongside Sales Management
• CompleteandenterorderintoCRMoncesubmittedbycustomerforordersreceivedtothe communal inquiry box
• Ensureaccurateandtimelyorderdeliverythatmeetscustomerspecificationsthrough collaboration with the Distribution Centers and communication to customers

• Exceedindividualquoteandordergoalsasdocumentedwithinthesalescompensationplan
• Ownyourroleinachievingtheteamshippedrevenuegoalsasdocumentedwithinthesales compensation plan

• High School diploma,Associate/Bachelorsdegreepreferred
• Abletomakedecisions independently
