- Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the community
- Complete work orders in a timely manner
- Conduct preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment
- Assist with apartment turns and resident move-ins
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and carpentry repairs
- Help maintain the grounds and outdoor areas
- Ensure the community remains safe, clean, and well‑maintained
- Participate in emergency on‑call rotation as needed
- Is dependable and takes pride in quality workmanship
- Can troubleshoot and solve problems independently
- Has experience with general maintenance, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or carpentry
- Has excellent customer service skills and enjoys helping others
- Can prioritize tasks and work efficiently
- Has a positive attitude and enjoys being part of a team
