As an Account Executive supporting the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and managing client relationships and delivering high-quality engineering staffing solutions. Your role will include:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with AEC clients, acting as a trusted staffing and workforce solutions partner.
• Identify, qualify, and support engineering and technical positions through market research, client discovery, and networking.
• Execute strategic business development initiatives through prospecting, networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
• Engage with clients via phone, email, virtual meetings, site visits, and formal presentations.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified accounts and ensure continuity of client contact and service.
• Collaborate with recruiting and delivery teams to align engineering talent with project and organizational needs.
• Develop creative and strategic client engagement initiatives to support project-based and long-term staffing demands.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience: 2–3 years of sales experience within engineering, technical, or AEC staffing
  , or a related B2B services environment.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with AEC markets, engineering disciplines, or construction-related staffing is strongly preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and organizational skills with a consultative sales mindset.
