Position:
Stocking Associate.

Hours:

Full time, flexible shift start times (8:00 am – 11:00 am or 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm).

Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. Stocking associates must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary. • Unload trucks and handle freight.
• Sort products in the backroom.
• Stock products on shelves.
• Maintain clean and organized aisles.
• Engage vendors and drivers with a positive attitude.
• Greet customers and answer their questions.

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (≥50 pounds).
• Experience or willingness to operate forklifts and other heavy machinery.
• Physical stamina and endurance for a fast‑paced work environment.
• Good communication skills.

Hourly wage: $15.00 – $28.00 / hr (actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location). Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 / hr to $3.00 / hr in specific circumstances.
